The title of the post was a reference to Edwin Starr's song "War"
"Absolutely nothing" are the words immediately following "War! -huh- What is it good for?"

The same video is available for download here, as well. CNNNN stands for "Chaser NoN-stop News Network", a recurring bit on an Australian Broadcasting Company comedy show. They apparently stopped making new ones in October 2003, so that footage was probably shot in the spring or summer of 2003, when war fever was at its height. I wonder how many people would want to invade any other country at this point.
